Prize Giving 2025
The Annual Prize Giving for the academic year 2025 was held on the 20th of January 2026 at the Keble Memorial Hall. Dr. Paranjothy Karunaharan, Chairman, Aerospacemedic Limited, and a distinguished Old Boy of the College graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Main Pavilion Project
Ven. Christopher Balraj laid the foundation stone for the new Main Pavilion at a ceremony held on the 20th of January 2026 with the presence of Mr. Mark Gonawala the College Manager, Mr. Cryshantha Jayawardhana, member of the Board of Governors, members of the OBA, the Chaplain, Staff and Students.
Founders' Day 2026
The 84th Founder’s Day Holy Eucharist Service was celebrated on the 20th of January 2026 by Revd. Wilson Gnanadass, Vicar of the Church of the Ascension Bandarawela and Ven. Christopher Balraj was the guest preacher.
Christmas Carols 2025
Service of Nine Lessons & Carols was held on the 7th of December 2025. Revd. Asanka De Zylva delivered the Christmas message.
English Day 2025
English Day was held on the 24th of October 2025 in the Keble Memorial Hall. Dr. Anoma Satharasinghe, Senior Lecturer, Department of English Language Teaching, Open University of Sri Lanka graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Whizletics 2025
The Kindergarten Sports Meet 2025 was held on the College Grounds on the 10th of October 2025. Mrs. Subashini Gnanadass graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Badminton - Under 13
“Sri Lanka Schools Under 13 Doubles Badminton Team Championship 2025” organized by the Sri Lanka Schools Badminton Association, was held at the Municipal Indoor Stadium, Kandy. Our team performed remarkably well and emerged Champions in the ‘B’ Division.
Children's Day 2025
The Children’s Day was celebrated with an entertainment musical programme by Visharada Shasthrapati Isuru Bandara which educates children in attitude development.
Table Tennis - Under 19
The College Under 19 “A” Table Tennis Team emerged champions in the Division “D”, while the “B” team was placed 3rd in the Division “E” at the All Island Table Tennis Team Championship 2025 held on the 28th and 29th of September 2025.
Expriminds 2025
The Science Exhibition was held with practical sessions in Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Technical Subjects. Professor K.G. Chathuranga Senarathna, Dean, Faculty of Technological Studies, Uva Wellassa University graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Students of many schools in the region also participated and were involved in practical sessions.
